M&E Coordinator

One of Ireland's most progressive building and civil engineering companies is recruiting an M&E Coordinator. This industry leader undertakes projects throughout Ireland and the UK and have received numerous awards across a wide range of projects including Fit Out project of the year and OPUS Architectural and Construction Awards. They are currently seeking an M&E Coordinator to work on a project in West Dublin to ensure that building Services are coordinated within themselves and with other building activities and installations. The role will involve the advising on the selection and appointment of M&E subcontractors and ensuring all required approvals are in place when required. The role will involve the monitoring, coordination and control the flow and review of M&E design information to ensure timely release for construction activities.

 Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing the M&E function on a large new build / refurbishment from start to finish
  • Be Degree qualified preferably in Building Services
  • Have at least 5 years post graduate experience
  • Previous experience on commercial and industrial projects is desirable
  • Must be energetic, proactive and demonstrate a strong track record with excellent references
