This former winner of Overall Project of the Year at the Fit-Out Awards has a proven track record of excellence and their cohesive in house team consists of project managers, architects, engineers and surveyors who have extensive experience and skills. This company feels that sustainability is their responsibility through Corporate and Social Responsibility Policies and they provide advice to clients and assist them in setting sustainable objectives. Due to a large exciting project that has arisen in Dublin they have an opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager. The role will be responsible for all stages from pre-construction stage through to Practical Completion.

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage financial aspects for the projects in conjuction with the QS
  • Reponsible for project reporting and managing any issues as they arise
  • Ensuring Health and Safety and Quality Standards are adhered to ISO standard.

What you will need to succeed

  • At least 7 years experience within the building services sector
  • Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, ideally chartered but not essential
  • Experience liasing with engineers, sub-contractors, clients and relevant site management and internal directors
