Our client, a privately owned company has a proven track record in a diverse range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, retail, conservation and tourism/leisure. Over 60 years of history and reputation has been built by undertaking projects that deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders; clients, design teams, contracting partners, suppliers and employees. The company requires an Estimator to work in their Dublin based office.

Primary Responsibilities as an Estimator

• Gathering proposals, specifications and related documents to create precise work estimates
• Liaising with the Construction Team during the early stages of projects
• Attending pre-construction and construction site visits
• Developing relationships with new and existing customers

As an Estimator you will have

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role within a construction background
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Being a team player
• Willing to show initiative
• Proficiency with MS Office
