Planner Scheduler
Our client, a long established Main Building Contractor, is seeking to recruit a Planner Scheduler for their office based in North Dublin.
To be considered for the role you must: 
Have more than 5 year’s relevant experience in Planner Scheduler 
Have thorough knowledge of building regulations, guidelines and planning procedures.  
Have a proven ability to manage all Aspects of Construction Programs.
Proven track record of coordinating with relevant management for planning requirements.
Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical). 
Have excellent communications skills.
Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-aspects of a project. 

Ideally you will: 
Hold a Degree (level 8) in Construction Related Discipline.
Have relevant experience in Buildings or large Commercial projects.
Experience in liaising with Senior Management to reach overall project program.
Have Experience developing Logistic Plans, Method Statements & Project Controls.
Have Experience with Primavera Planning Software, MS Project and MS Office
Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. 
Manage multi-faceted projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
