Our clients, an organ of the State, is seeking to recruit a Project Development Manager to assist in the delivery of their growing list of construction projects for their offices based in Limerick.
To be considered for the role you must:
Have Third Level in Construction Project Management or Equivalent.
Have more than 8 years post graduate experience in a Construction Design and Construction Management role.
Have relevant Construction Management of Projects from Inception to Completion.
Have thorough knowledge of building regulations and guidelines.
Have excellent knowledge of Construction contracts (GCCC, RIAI)
Have a proven ability to manage and control agreed budgets and timelines.
Experience in dealing with relevant stakeholders such as government agencies.
Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical).
Be capable of multi-tasking, co-ordinating and delivering multi-projects.
Be proficient in Microsoft Packages such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
Ideally you will:
Have experience on Commercial and Industrial Projects.
Have Experience in Selecting, Appointing and Managing External Stakeholders.
Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Manage multi-projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
