Our client is a leading cost consultancy and project management company who provides professional consultancy services to blue-chip clients

cross various sectors multitude of sectors including Commercial, Data Centre, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, Residential and Retail.         

The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will support the Associate on several projects.

 Role and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare estimates and cost plans for variety of commercial, educational and residential developments using CostX Software  
• Prepare standard documentation – reports, valuations, letters, financial reports  
• Prepare tender documents as required by procurement choice  
• Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement  
• Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations  
• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims  
• Prepare and agree final accounts  
• Perform other duties as may reasonably be required for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor

 Desired Experience and Education: 

• Minimum of 4 years post graduate experience 
• Chartered - desirable
• Commercial or private sector experience (desirable) 
• Pre-and post-contract experience 
• CostX experience (desirable) 
• BSc essential in a construction related discipline
