A leading main contractor have recently secured a £20m new build D&B hotel project. The business are at a very exciting time and this role is due to growth.

Working as the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to deal with all commercial aspects of the project from start to finish. Reporting directly in to a Director you will split your time between the office and the project. You will cover parts of procurement, monthly reporting, CVR’s and final accounts.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

·　　　　　　　　 Experience working for a Main Contractor delivering projects up to at least £20m

·　　　　　　　　 Relevant qualification within Quantity Surveying or similar

·　　　　　　　　 Experience delivering D&B projects, ideally with some hotel exposure

They will offer an above marktet rate salary for the successful candidate.
