Position Summary:
The Construction Information Manager reports to the Project Manager on site and is a part of an overall campus team for a portfolio of projects located in West Dublin. The ideal candidate must possess strong IT skills and good, clear communication skills as these are essential for the position.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate change review meetings to discuss and review the change requests going forward for approval
  • Prepare and submit EMEA change log for approval meeting and  circulate results to the appropriate teams
  • Prepare change request documentation, including compiling cost, scope and schedule information and submit in the prescribed format
  • On approval, issue to contractor of change instruction
  • Compile several change request approvals and submit to the Client PAO for combination into a contract change order to a prescribed template
  • Track change requests and change orders, ensuring they do not exceed timelines and maintain logs for all projects
  • Assist vendors and contractors in using the client-provided project management control system – a third party set of tools and SharePoint folders
  • Control those folders to ensure the correct material is uploaded in the correct place
  • Assist the Project Manager in updating project and equipment delivery schedules
  • Assist the Project Manager in monitoring that RFIs and Submittals are being handled properly by the contractor and upload into the correct locations
  • Monitor the RFI & Submittals and support the project Manager in responding to them, as required, in a timely fashion
  • Transfer drawings and schedules, as required, between the various client-owned systems in a timely fashion
  • Perform necessary actions regarding invoice downloads, checking if invoice matches information in the tool, reassigns to final interim invoice approver and archive to project folders
  • Update and issue reports weekly

Desired Experience and Education:
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Competence with Excel, PowerPoint essential
  • SharePoint experience (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills 
  • Positive team work attitude
  • Ability to multi task and manage time effectively
