Document Controller – Athy
Our client is involved in Construction as a Main Contractor with a number of projects in Ireland with values in excess of Eur50m.
They are involved in the construction of manufacturing facilities, distribution centres and other large scale commercial jobs.
They are seeking a Document Controller to join their team on a manufacturing and distribution facility being build in South Kildare.
The role
The Document Controller is responsible to work as part of our high-performance team to ensure all project systems and records are correctly created, stored and maintained. Support the project manager as required in the correct management and control of data and construction project.
You will also be responsible for producing monthly reports/statements on document control status.
• Support and uploading of all documentation as required.
• Develop and own a system to organise registration of incoming and outgoing documentation (reports, contract documents, technical journals etc) for each of the projects.
• Develop and own a standardized approach to document security and other access privileges.
Requirements
• You will have previous experience and knowledge of setting up and managing processes.
• You will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Previous working experience in the construction industry.
