Site Administrator needed for a Main Contractor in Dublin. Our client needs someone with previous Site Administrator experience to provide general administrative and back office support to the team onsite. In particular they need someone with excellent Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) knowledge. This role will be based partly in our client's North Dublin Office and partly on-site. Our client can offer a salary of €30-35k per annum depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
- General administration and back office support
- Liaise frequently with the Contracts manager and other construction staff
- Managing and updating of information
- Liaise with Finance, Payroll and HR to organise weekly timesheets and accounts administration
The successful candidate will hold a relevant 3rdlevel qualification and have previous experience as a Site Administrator. Knowledge of Building Control Amendment Regulations (BCAR) is essential. Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
