Company Overview:

Azon are working with a small to medium sized main building contractor who are experiencing their best performing year since their formation over 15 years ago.

Our client who are a quality focused business with smart leadership and a well-defined growth strategy are seeking to hire an experienced Site Manager to grow with the business.

Azon has placed several people in this business and have received excellent reports back about the camaraderie within the business.

Background:

This is a new and permanent role representing an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager who enjoys responsibility with a real opportunity to be close to and learn from company leadership.

This role allows for professional growth with further opportunity to become a future business leader as the company grows in line with its ambitions.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will run a site completely with respect to health & safety, programme and quality.

You will be supported at client / progress meetings by a contracts manager.

Qualification:

You will be coming from a main contractor background with approximately 5 years’ experience at Site Manager level or having managed entirely a scope of works as a Section Manager or Senior Engineer.

Any sector experience will be considered.

You will most likely have a third level qualification and must be able to demonstrate discipline in written and verbal communication.

You will be computer literate and able to understand programming (don’t need programming experience).

You will be expected to be able to pick up on variations and be commercially minded.

Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 depending on level of experience.
