Site Manager - Fit Out / Refurb

Our client are a well respected Irish Main Contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis to work on Projects in Central London and Surroundings.

Role:

Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager you will take full ownership of the project from enabling works to completion. As Site Manager you will be responsible for liaising with the client an overseeing all trades on site. You will have ideally progressed from a trades background or hold a Third LEvel Qualification and worked on a similar sized project previously.

Our client are seeking candidates who have shown great loyalty to previous projects, having been involved from inception through to completion as they wish to further build on their current team as they have a full order book for the coming years.

Essential:

  • Experience working on Residentail, Fit-Out and Refurbishment style projects.
  • Third Level Qualification or Construction Related Qualification / Time Served Trades 
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid

The client are able to offer a great working enviroment with a full order book for work in London and the surroundings, clear cut progression within the company and in-house training.
